Best pen of two loose Charolais cross heifers fit for Slaughter
At this year’s National Charolais Show in Elphin on Sunday the 11th of September there will be a competition for the best pen of two loose Charolais cross heifers fit for slaughter. They will be slaughtered the day after the show on the grid + a 20cent/kilo bonus. They will be judged on live appearance the day of show and on carcass form the following morning.
Heifers must be:
- In spec
- Bord Bia Quality Assured
- Charolais on the blue card
