Straws of Vosgien VF (VVF) are back available from the Society at €30/straw. Vosgien is an extremely easy calving bull, suitable for cows and heifers. Sons may be suitable for the dairy herd. Progeny are are square and correct. Heifer calves are classy and feminine, who make very good breeding type females. Vosgien is best suited to big, powerful, muscly type females. Vosgien was the sire of Cloughbrack Matthew, Champion at the Tullamore April Sale in 2018, and the Reserve Senior Male Champion, Bostonia Mario, at the Christmas Cracker sale in 2017. Both sold in excess of €7,000. VVF is a very useful bull with good indexes, who produces quality males and females.
