One thing that is for certain in beef farming is we must produce beef as efficiently, environmentally friendly and cost effectively as possible, to be sustainable into the future. The above are just examples of how efficient the Charolais breed is in relation to weight for age, and highlights the ability of the breed to finish at a young age.
