The foresight of the cattle men who imported the first Charolais 60 years ago and the further selective importations and careful breeding policy by Irish Breeders continues to bear fruit in the marketplace as commercial Charolais cattle still consistently achieve premium prices in marts and factories and the Pedigree Charolais, male or female, continue to outsell all its competitors.
